To uphold and ensure a safe, efficient, clean, and comfortable environment for operations within the City of Valdosta and its parks, while responsibly managing resources to adapt to the evolving needs of the community, workforce, society, and environment.
How to rent this Facility.

- After contract is signed fill out the assembly permit HERE!
You must have a rental agreement FIRST before you do an assembly permit.

Information about Renting Women's Building:
- Rental Price $695.00 per day usage in the building (rate begins with event setup).
- User agrees to pay a Damage Deposit at the signing of Contract in the amount of $200.
- The Balance of said fee paid no less than five (5) business days prior to the event
- Alcoholic beverages must be served by a City of Valdosta licensed alcohol cater.
- All events will stop 30 minutes before expiration time of contract to facilitate any load-out or clean up.
- User must provide a copy of a valid Driver's License, and Event insurance for event.
- Event Coordinator will assign at user’s expense (1) Police officer(s) to provide adequate protection to persons and property. User shall pay same at $ 40.00 per hour $ 105.00 minimum to each person.
