Below are the details regarding renting Unity Park:

1. A $500 damage deposit is required upon signing the contract, which will be refunded to the reservation holder after the event.
2. The remaining user fee balance must be paid at least thirty (30) business days prior to the event.
3. The Valdosta Police Department will assign police officer(s) at the user's expense for adequate event protection, at a rate of $40 per hour.
4. All events must conclude 30 minutes before the contract's expiration time to allow for load-out or cleanup. The park must be cleared by the contract expiration time, or an additional rental fee will be charged.
5. Unity Park Amphitheater cannot be rented for activities that may bring discredit to the City of Valdosta.
6. Users must provide a copy of a valid driver's license for identity verification and adequate event insurance coverage.
