Georgia Cities Foundation (GCF) – SSBCI Program
The Georgia Cities Foundation is currently accepting State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) applications from owner-occupied small businesses located in downtown areas of Georgia cities.
The Foundation supports city-led downtown revitalization efforts by providing funding for capital projects. Its mission is to foster economically sustainable developments and strengthen community partnerships to promote long-term economic vitality.

Downtown Development Revolving Loan Fund (DDRLF)
Through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, eligible businesses may apply for low-interest loans of up to $250,000 to support downtown development projects.
