This 24,000 Italian Renaissance building housed the federal courts and post office when it was erected in 1908-1910. Sold to the city in 1968, it was renovated in 1982 and again after a 1987 fire. Winner of the 1989 Georgia Trust Award for Outstanding Rehabilitation.
