The Bistro serves Certified Angus Beef, a variety of seafood, chicken breasts and rack of lamb.  They have a full bar with top shelf liquors and beer and an extensive selection of wine (one of the largest in South Georgia).  Join them for live piano music every night in their bar.  Catering for luncheon and special events is available.  Reservations are recommended but not required.
